Overnight Apple Walnut Oatmeal

Five minutes of stirring the night before means breakfast is already waiting when you wake up. The oats soak up the milk while you sleep and turn soft and creamy without ever touching the stove. Apple and walnuts on top bring the crunch.

    • ½ cup apple
    • 1 tsp lemon juice

Spoon the diced apple and the walnuts on top of the oats without stirring them in.

    • ½ cup apple

Screw the lid on the jar and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to 8, until the oats are soft and have soaked up most of the milk.

Take the jar out of the fridge, tighten the lid and shake it a few times to mix everything together. Eat it cold, straight from the jar.
